A new story I am starting to write, this is the beginning so let me know your thoughts x I sit with a lit cigarette between my fingers on a park bench situated around a lake. A splash in the water makes me nearly jump out of skin, thoughts racing through my head such as ‘He’s not dead, he’s came back for revenge, he’s going to kill me.’ I take a puff from the cigarette, calming myself down thinking ‘It was just a fish jumping.’ I am just trying to comprehend what we have just been through.
