Do you ever stop to think, Where is life taking me? Or, Do I know my path? If you don't ask those questions that's ok, you just need to be mindful and aware. You see, if you aren't mindful you will miss the mysteries of life and the little things that matter. If you aren't aware, you miss what's right in front of you, you'll miss what life has to offer, what's dropping at you feet. If you miss those moments, the moments that really matter, the rest of the moments you do look at out for, they have to be extra special. When you find those moments, maybe stop to sense the wind or.snow or rain or sunshine or leaves. That's called being mindful. Mindfullness and awareness need each other. Jusy like you should surround yourself with people who love you. Whether it be you mother or father, you brother or sister, aunt, uncle, grandpa, grandma, girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife, children, best friends even. It doesn't matter who surrounds you, as long as you are surrounded in positive energy. So remember, wherever you are and whoever you are surrounded by, be mindful of your surroundings. If you
