Orpheus was a detrimental sort of man. He had that sort of glinting ruby stare that paralyzed you. He was Medusa, a satanist, a prideful bastard, some might say he was the Devil himself. But he was quiet. Never said a word, never did anything to anyone. How was he so infamous? Inglorious?
Orpheus had a hellish sort of look. That's it, that's all. It's enough to scare a quiet town, but what's a quiet man in a quiet town? Nothing, but Orpheus is. He is a demonic creature of much attraction, you either loved him or hated him. Fell for him or despised him.
He had raven black hair with a saltish complexion toward his soft ends. His eyes, shimmering a pool of blood that ripples and drips around his almost feral looking pupils.
He was pale, tall and averagely muscular. He always wore dark pallettes, usually consisting of a black button down with peacock feathers splaying from the collar or maybe a red tie. Sometimes accompanied by a vest, matching his eyes. As for his shoes and pants, just a simpleton black, red laces. Nothing unnatural about that, right?.. Right? So why is it he seemed so unnatural? Felt so unusual? Maybe it was the gold pocketwatch slinging from a chain, or the large ruby ring planted on his left middle finger.
He was an unusually quiet man in a quiet town in which everyone seemed grey or beige and the food tasted like sour wheat and the water was just fine, not good, but just fine. He was an unusually quiet man in a quiet town in which everyone knew eachother, but nobody knew him and he didn't know nobody but he didn't bother to anyways.
Orpheus was an unususually quiet man in a quiet town in which he worked in his unusually large and dark house that looked like the kind of homestead that kids would pass and say "Don't go near there, It's haunted," but nobody would even dare go into eyesight of his home. It didn't bother him, he was quiet, his house was quiet, he had peace and quiet.
He worked all day in his unusually quiet house, so of course you assume his work mustbe unusual. Well, I couldn't tell you. No one knows what he does, what his voice sounds like, what he is or why he's there. Like I said, he was a hellish sort of creature. You either fell for him or despised him.
