The Event Design Austin sees a traditional festive English Hog Roast on the 19th of November at the Three Roofs café. The hog roast will be there to help celebrate the switching on of the town's Sunday lights. The event is an outdoor family event and should offer some tasty warm food during this festive occasion.
Another local and traditional event is the "Austin" which takes place on the 26th of November in the social centre of Austin .The market will run from 9am to 2pm, it is an under cover event and offers visitors an opportunity to purchase local produce from farmers and traders from around the area. This is a family market and offers a whole host of items including; vegetables, meats, cheese and dairy products, as well as local crafts and festive items.
