Interested in poetry

Why would I deny it?

But as seasons and people

One day, it changed

When I read one poem

About love and longing

About missing someone

Close to one's heart

Yes, that one and only

Piece of writing

Helped me understand

As clear as the day

My feelings about you

Because it does not matter

How far away you are

How mad at you I am

How much I think

You've forgotten about me

Because maybe, just maybe

You're missing me

As much as I'm missing you

Because our hearts don't forget

As easily as "one by one"

The person who brings light

And happiness to our lives

And here you have

Something you could've never expect

From a person who wasn't
